A Re-Imagining of a Ticketing Platform
How might we make This Platform more visible and the preferred channel to find and book events through?
We tackled this using the Design Thinking methodology. We based our approach on data and feedback, competitive research and analysis, and validation and iteration.
We found out after interviewing people and sending out surveys that the platform was lacking in terms of engagement, awareness, usability, and a feel of belonging.
To solve these issues we created a set of recommendations after:
Zoning in on the challenges with insights generated from our qualitative and quantitative research
Tackling the Ideation Stage
A set of recommendations to increase brand awareness through a modified marketing strategy
A redesign of the web/app to make it more user-friendly, functional, and aesthetically appealing
